Nursing Home Watch List
Consumers Report offers a watch list for nursing homes nationwide.  This site will offer you information on nursing homes that have state inspection surveys that Consumer Report judged raised questions about the quality of care given to residents.

Memberofthefamily.net offers consumers a nationwide listing of nursing homes and the survey results they have received from state inspections.  Information for this site is gathered from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Washington, DC.
