 Contact the Ombudsman in your area by calling 1-866-485-9393

or by clicking here  index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=23 for an Ombudsmen in your area.

Ombudsman are able to give assistance with finding nursing homes in your area.  They can give information on locations and past Survey results.  CBC staff WILL NOT endorse any nursing home, they will give information for you to make an educated decision.
